18 years and older
All
Phase 2/3

This study looks at a medicine called ASTX030, which is a mix of two drugs: azacitidine and cedazuridine. The study is testing it on its own and with another drug called venetoclax for people with a type of blood cancer called AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). Myeloid Neoplasm refers to different types of blood cancers. The study has different stages to find the best dose and to compare the new pill form of the medicine to an older injection form. It will last about 7 years.

  • Participation involves regular check-ups and treatments, and it may last several years.
  • Some phases are already full, but you can join the Phase 3 Monotherapy or Phase 1 Combination Therapy.
  • Participants should not have certain health conditions, and they need to stop some medications before starting the study.

Participants should be able to swallow pills, not have certain infections, and have no major health issues. It's important to talk with your doctor to see if this study is right for you.
