**Improving Vaccine Acceptance Through EHR Integrated Patient- and Provider-Facing Decision Support**

This study aims to help patients make better decisions about vaccines and increase the number of people getting vaccinated. It uses a special computer system called an *integrated platform* to give information through videos and messages to both patients and doctors. This system is designed with the help of experts from Johns Hopkins and Emory University. It works by showing videos to patients and giving doctors important points to discuss about vaccines during appointments.

There are two main parts of the study:

  • **Technical Setup:** Creating a system to show vaccine videos and messages.
  • **Effectiveness Test:** Checking if this system really increases the number of vaccinations given during appointments.

**Key Points:**

  • Study involves watching videos and receiving messages before doctor visits.
  • Doctors and patients will have better talks about vaccines.
  • No extra visits are required, and there are no known risks.

To take part, patients need an upcoming appointment at a specific clinic and must be due for a vaccine. There are no exclusion criteria, so anyone meeting the above conditions can join.
