Phase N/A
**Improving Vaccine Acceptance Study** This study aims to help patients make better choices about vaccines and increase vaccination rates. It uses a special platform called Let's Talk Shots (LTS) to show tailored vaccine message videos to patients and share important information with their healthcare providers. The study is conducted in partnership with experts from Johns Hopkins and Emory University. 1. **Participation Details:** The study involves attending a 1-hour educational session for healthcare providers and requires patients to complete a questionnaire before their appointment. 2. **Time Commitment:** The study focuses on appointments at the Hughes Spalding Primary Care Clinic, and patients should have an appointment within 2 business days. 3. **Eligibility:** Patients must have a valid phone number or email in their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and be due for vaccines, starting with the COVID-19 vaccine in Phase 1, and all vaccines in Phase 2. The study's goal is to see if using this integrated decision support can increase vaccination rates by 10% compared to usual care without the support.
