**Observational Study on QUTENZA® for Diabetic Nerve Pain** This study looks at how well a medicine called **QUTENZA** works for people with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (PDPN). PDPN is a type of nerve pain caused by diabetes, often felt in the feet or hands. The goal is to see if QUTENZA can help reduce pain and the need for other pain medicines. **Key Points:** - **Eligibility**: Participants should be aged 18-80, have stable pain medicine for at least 4 weeks, and a certain level of pain. They cannot have other conditions that affect pain evaluation, like certain foot problems or skin conditions. - **Exclusions**: Those with other significant pain sources, previous QUTENZA treatments, or allergies to its ingredients are not eligible. Also excluded are people with severe psychiatric disorders or substance abuse issues. - **Participation**: Participants agree not to join other related studies during this one, and must follow proper foot care methods. This study will help understand if regular use of QUTENZA can help manage pain in real-life settings.
