Study on Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)
This study focuses on patients with Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), a type of lung cancer that spreads quickly. Researchers want to see if reaching out directly to patients and collecting samples remotely helps in understanding their needs better. Patients will complete a survey at the start and 3 months later to share their experiences and preferences regarding treatments.
The study is non-interventional, meaning it doesn't involve new treatments. Instead, it involves collecting blood samples and medical records remotely. Patients with either extensive stage primary SCLC or those whose non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) changed to include SCLC can volunteer.
- Participants must be 18 years or older and able to communicate in English.
- A signed consent form is required to join the study.
- The study is conducted entirely remotely, without clinic visits.
