All
Phase 1

This study is testing a new drug called JANX008 for people with certain advanced or spreading cancers (like lung, head and neck, colon, and others). It’s the first time people will be trying JANX008. The study will check if the drug is safe, how well it can fight cancer, and how it moves in the body. People can join if they are 18 or older, have specific types of advanced cancer, and have tried other treatments that didn’t work. Everyone must have healthy organs and at least one tumor that can be measured. However, if you've had certain recent cancer treatments or have serious heart issues or infections, you cannot join.

  • Study Length: The time commitment can vary, and participants will need to visit the study center multiple times.
  • Participation: Participants will receive the study drug and go through various health checks.
  • Risks: There might be side effects or risks as this is a first-time human study.
