This study aims to see if a new system called Prism can help reduce PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms. Prism is a type of brain training that uses EEG (Electroencephalogram) signals to help people control their brain functions better. The study wants to find out if using Prism training along with normal PTSD treatments can make a difference.
Participants in the study will attend two one-hour training sessions each week for about 8 weeks. They will also attend two more sessions one and two months after the main training. There will be interviews before training, after 9 weeks, and one month after the last session.
- **Time Commitment**: The study lasts about 20 weeks, including training and interviews.
- **Eligibility**: Participants aged 18-65 with diagnosed PTSD can join.
- **Exclusions**: Those with certain mental health issues or recent therapy may not qualify.
