**A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of ALKS 2680 in Subjects With Idiopathic Hypersomnia**

Idiopathic Hypersomnia is a condition where people feel very sleepy during the day, even after a good night's sleep. This study will test if a new medicine, ALKS 2680, helps reduce this sleepiness. The "placebo" is a fake pill used to compare results.

**Key Points:** - **Study Duration:** The study involves multiple visits, including overnight stays. Participants need to follow certain rules, like keeping a sleep diary. - **Eligibility:** Participants must have been diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia within the last 10 years and cannot have other sleep disorders or serious health issues. - **Compensation & Risks:** Participants may receive compensation. Risks involve potential side effects of the medicine, which will be monitored closely.

Participants cannot be part of another study or have used experimental treatments recently. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals aren’t eligible. The study aims to ensure safety and check if ALKS 2680 can make daytime sleepiness better.
