Phase N/A

This study is for people with *geographic atrophy* (GA) due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD is when the macula, a layer in the eye that helps you see clearly, gets damaged, affecting your central vision. GA is a severe type of AMD where the cells in the retina die, leading to vision loss. The study looks at how **Avacincaptad Pegol (Izervay™)**, a treatment for GA, is used in real-life doctor visits. This kind of study is called an **observational study**, which means no new treatments are given; the information is gathered from medical records. People in this study will have eye check-ups and answer surveys about their eye health every 6 months for 2 years, then once a year. The study lasts about 5 years. Your doctor will decide if you should use Avacincaptad Pegol, not the study team.

  • The study lasts about 5 years, with regular surveys.
  • Participants can be treated with Avacincaptad Pegol only if their doctor agrees.
  • It's an observational study—no new treatments are tested.
