This study is for Black women aged 40 and older who have lost a close loved one. It's called Rise & Renew (Remembering, Expressing, Navigating, Embracing, Witnessing), a grief support program. Participants will join a weekend retreat in Stone Mountain, GA, focusing on wellness and healing. Afterward, they'll participate in ten weekly online sessions. Some will start right away, while others will wait 10 weeks. The sessions cover topics like grief healing, personal growth, and self-care. This program aims to see if it helps and is easy to join, focusing on emotional and spiritual well-being.

  • Participants must be Black women aged 40+, living in the U.S. South Region.
  • Participation involves a weekend retreat and 10 weekly online sessions.
