All
Phase 2

This study tests a new COVID-19 vaccine tablet called VXA-CoV2-3.3 to see if it works as well as a currently recommended booster shot. To join, you must be 18 or older and have had at least two COVID-19 shots, with the last one at least six months ago. Participants should not be pregnant, and both men and women must agree to use birth control during and after the study. You must be healthy, with no serious illnesses, and cannot participate if you've had a recent COVID-19 infection or other clinical trials. The study requires tests to ensure you are healthy enough to participate.

Key Points:
  • The study involves multiple visits and procedures; commitment is required for the duration.
  • Participants must refrain from participating in other COVID-19 prevention trials during the study.
  • Eligible participants must have completed their initial COVID-19 vaccinations and be available for all study visits.
