This study is testing a new oral COVID-19 vaccine called VXA-CoV2-3.3. It's being compared to a booster vaccine that is already approved. The goal is to see if the tablet vaccine works well to stop people from getting sick with COVID-19. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus that causes COVID-19. The new vaccine targets a strain of the virus known as KP.2. To join the study, you must be 18 or older, have had at least two shots of a COVID-19 vaccine, and your last shot must be at least 6 months ago. You also need to stay in the study area and attend all visits.

  • Study length: You must be available for all study visits.
  • Eligibility: Adults 18+, completed primary COVID-19 vaccine series.
  • Risks: Must not have certain medical conditions or take specific medicines.
