Study to Assess the Efficacy of Rina-S Compared to Treatment of Investigator's Choice in Participants With Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer

Trial comparing Rina-S with other treatments for resistant ovarian cancer.

Recruiting
18 years and older
Female
Phase 3

Study Overview: This study is looking at a new treatment called Rina-S to see how well it works for patients with a particular kind of ovarian cancer that doesn't respond well to a common treatment called platinum. The study is comparing Rina-S to other approved chemotherapy medicines. Participants will have an equal chance of receiving either Rina-S or one of the standard chemotherapy drugs. Everyone in the study will receive an active drug, meaning no one gets a "fake" treatment called a placebo.

  • Commitment: Participation involves taking either Rina-S or another chemotherapy drug. The study will be conducted worldwide.
  • Eligibility: Participants must have specific types of ovarian cancer and have failed previous treatments. Certain conditions may exclude participation.
  • Considerations: Discuss with your doctor if this study is right for you, considering the type of cancer you have and previous treatments.

This study is a phase 3 trial, meaning it is in the later stages of testing. Participants will not know which treatment they are receiving until they start. Make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about potential risks and benefits before deciding to participate.
