Long COVID is when symptoms like tiredness and trouble thinking clearly, called "brain fog," last for a long time after having COVID-19. This study checks if a new drug, NE3107, can help with these symptoms. The drug is compared to a placebo, which looks like the real drug but doesn’t have any medicine in it.
People joining the study will take NE3107 or the placebo twice a day for 84 days. They will visit the clinic five times for checkups and tests and have one follow-up phone call.
- Participants need to be between 18 and 64 years old.
- They must have had Long COVID symptoms for at least 3 months.
- Participants should not have received a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 30 days.
