Long COVID happens when symptoms, like trouble concentrating or tiredness, last for months after a COVID-19 infection. This study is testing a drug called NE3107 to see if it helps these symptoms. NE3107 will be compared to a placebo, which looks like the real drug but isn't. Participants will either take NE3107 or the placebo twice a day for 84 days. They will need to visit the clinic 5 times for checkups and tests and have one follow-up phone call.
- Duration: 84 days with 5 clinic visits and one follow-up call.
- Participants: 18-64 years old with long COVID symptoms like fatigue and brain fog.
- Exclusions: Recent COVID-19 vaccination or serious illnesses before COVID-19.
