This study looks at how well and safely ruxolitinib cream works for people with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a skin condition causing painful lumps under the skin. Participants need to have had HS for at least 6 months and fall within mild to moderate stages, known as Hurley I or II. They should not use antibiotics or antiseptics during the study. However, those with more than 20% of their body surface affected or with certain medical histories are not eligible. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals cannot participate either.
