This study is testing a medicine called Zavegepant, used to help kids with migraines. A migraine is a kind of headache that can be very painful. The study wants to see if the medicine is safe and how it works in the body. Kids who join need to be between 6 and 12 years old, have had migraines for at least 6 months, and weigh more than 15 kilograms (about 33 pounds).
In this study, every child will get one nasal spray of Zavegepant. The amount they get depends on how much they weigh. The study will check how the medicine helps and if there are any side effects, which are unwanted changes in the body.
- Length: The study lasts up to 10 weeks.
- Visits: Participants will have 3 clinic visits and 2 follow-up phone calls.
- Requirements: Eligible children should not have any other serious health issues.
