This study is for children aged 6 to 11 who have had migraines for at least 6 months. They should weigh more than 15 kilograms (about 33 pounds). The study tests a medicine called Zavegepant, given as a nasal spray to see how safe it is and how the body handles it. Migraine is a kind of headache that can cause severe pain.
Each child will receive a single nasal spray of the medicine, and the amount depends on their weight. The study will monitor the children's experiences to understand the effects of different doses. The study lasts up to 10 weeks, with 3 visits to the clinic and 2 follow-up phone calls.
