A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called Zavegepant (PF-07930207) in Children With a History of Migraine

This study is for children aged 6 to less than 12 years who have had migraines for at least 6 months. It aims to learn how safe a medicine called Zavegepant (a nasal spray) is and how it moves through the body. Each child will receive one spray based on their weight. The study checks if the medicine helps with migraines and the side effects that might happen.

Children will be in the study for up to 10 weeks. During this time, they will visit the clinic 3 times and have 2 follow-up calls.

  • Study Duration: Up to 10 weeks, including clinic visits and phone calls.
  • Visits Required: 3 clinic visits and 2 follow-up phone calls.
  • Medicine Form: Zavegepant nasal spray, given once.

Children with certain health issues, like continuous migraines or other significant diseases, cannot join. This study will help understand how effective and safe Zavegepant is for children with migraines.
