This study is checking if a medicine called **orforglipron** helps people with obesity or those who are overweight lose weight. Obesity means having too much body fat. Overweight means having more weight than is healthy. This study is comparing **orforglipron** with a **placebo**, which is a harmless pill with no medicine in it. To join, you need to be very overweight (BMI of 30 or more) or a bit overweight (BMI of 25 or more) with other health issues like high blood pressure (called **hypertension**), high cholesterol (**dyslipidemia**), sleep problems (**obstructive sleep apnea**), or heart disease. You cannot join if you have diabetes, some heart issues, or if you are taking other weight loss medicines. The study lasts about 18 months.
