SpaceIT Hydrogel System for Perirectal Spacing

Clinical trial: Testing Hydrogel for spacing near the rectum.

Recruiting
18 years and older
Male
Phase N/A

The study tests the **SpaceIT Hydrogel System** to see if it's safe and works well for men with prostate cancer getting **External Beam Radiotherapy (EBRT)**. EBRT is a type of radiation treatment that targets cancer cells from outside the body. The study has two groups: one group will receive the new SpaceIT Hydrogel while the other will get a different type of hydrogel spacer already on the market. The hydrogel creates a space between the prostate and the rectum to help protect healthy tissue from radiation.
