Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) is an eye condition that can lead to loss of vision. This study is focusing on a part of AMD called Geographic Atrophy (GA), where cells in the back of the eye waste away. Our goal is to test a new medicine, RO7669330, to see if it's safe and if it works to help people with GA. The medicine is given as an injection directly into the eye. We want to know how the body processes the medicine (Pharmacokinetics), how it affects the body (Pharmacodynamics), and if the body reacts against it (Immunogenicity). The study is split into two parts, and we need participants who have GA in one or both eyes. We will use special eye imaging to see how GA looks in the eye.
- The study involves multiple visits for injections into the eye.
- Participants should have clear eye media and good dilation for imaging.
- Previous treatments like laser or certain injections may disqualify you.
