Phase 2

This study is for adults with Graves' Disease (GD), a condition where the thyroid makes too much hormone, causing hyperthyroidism. Even with medication, some people still have symptoms. The study tests a drug called IMVT-1402 to see if it helps better than a fake treatment (placebo). Researchers will check if IMVT-1402 makes thyroid hormone levels normal.

To join, you must have Graves' Disease and be on antithyroid drugs (ATD) for at least 3 months before starting the study. You cannot join if you've had radioactive iodine treatment, thyroid surgery, or certain other conditions. The study lasts 26 weeks, and during this time, doctors will check your hormone levels.

  • Duration: 26 weeks
  • Visits: Regular check-ups to monitor hormone levels
  • Eligibility: Must have Graves' Disease and be on ATD for at least 3 months

Joining a study is a personal decision. Consider the time commitment and potential benefits or risks before deciding.
