This study is for teens with psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia or ADHD. It looks at the safety and effects of a new medicine called KarXT. KarXT is a mix of two drugs: xanomeline and trospium chloride. Xanomeline helps brain signals, and trospium chloride helps control side effects. Participants will take these drugs in different ways and amounts to see how their bodies react. Teens need to be stable in their condition to join. Some conditions, like serious heart or liver problems, make them ineligible.
- Study involves multiple doses and check-ups.
- Participants must be clinically stable.
- Teens with serious health issues may not join.
