Suzetrigine (SUZ) Study for Post-Surgery Pain
This study aims to see how well Suzetrigine (SUZ) works for pain after surgery, alongside other treatments. SUZ is a medicine that might help with pain after having surgery that changes how you look (aesthetic) or fixes something (reconstructive).
To join, you must have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 40 kg/m². BMI is a number that shows if you are the right weight for your height. You also need to be having surgery that usually requires taking strong painkillers, called opioids, for at least 3 days afterwards.
However, you cannot join if you have been in another SUZ study before or taken a medicine called Journavx. There are also other rules about who can join.
- The study includes multiple visits to the clinic.
- You'll help test a new way to manage pain after surgery.
- There might be risks, like side effects from SUZ.
