This study looks at two types of temporary dressings, PermeaDerm and Allograft, used on surgical wounds before a skin graft. A skin graft is when healthy skin is moved to cover a wound. The study will check how well each dressing works, how much they cost, and if there are any problems. Patients will need to stay in the hospital within three days of getting a wound and have surgery within five days. Photos of the wound will be taken during the study, which lasts about 8 weeks.
- Study lasts for about 8 weeks, with regular check-ups every 2-3 days.
- Participants must be willing to follow study rules and cannot join other clinical trials during this time.
- Patients need to be able to understand the study information and give consent.
