This study is checking how well BEM/RZR, a type of medicine, works and how safe it is compared to another medicine called SOF/VEL for people with a long-term illness called chronic HCV (Hepatitis C Virus). HCV is a virus that affects the liver. Both medicines are for treating HCV but in different ways. Adults who have never taken any medicine for HCV can join. Women must use birth control if they can have babies. If you have controlled HIV, you can join, but you can't be pregnant or have other liver problems. If you have had liver cancer or are taking certain medications, you cannot join. This study helps find the best treatment for people with HCV.
- Study duration is not specified.
- Must be without prior HCV treatment experience.
- Can't participate if alcohol or drug use interferes with study rules.
