Phase 2

This study is exploring a medicine called Carmustine, used with and without ethanol, for patients with lymphoma. Lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the lymph system, which is part of the body's immune system. The study will compare two treatments, VI-0609 and BiCNU, as part of a strong treatment plan called BEAM, used before a procedure called AHCT (Autologous Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation). AHCT is a process that involves using a patient's own stem cells to help the body make new blood cells after high-intensity treatment.

  • This study is for adults 18 years and older who have certain types of lymphoma and have not had certain other treatments.
  • Participants need a good overall health status and should not have other active infections like hepatitis or HIV.
  • The study could involve multiple visits, and it’s important to discuss any risks and potential benefits with the healthcare team.

Before joining, you should talk to your doctor to see if this study is right for you and understand any possible risks and benefits involved.
