This study aims to see how well rimegepant works to prevent menstrual migraines in women. Menstrual migraines are headaches that occur around the time of a woman's period. Rimegepant is a medicine used to prevent migraines. To be part of this study, women need to have regular periods and a history of migraines, especially during their period. Women in the study may already be taking other migraine medicines, but these doses should not change during the study. The study will exclude those who have more than six migraines a month outside their period or have certain other health issues, such as chronic migraines or severe mental health conditions.
- The study will involve taking rimegepant around the time of menstruation.
- Participants need to have stable migraine medication doses if they are on other treatments.
- Women with severe migraine histories or certain mental health issues are not eligible.
