Phase N/A

This study is about helping postpartum mothers, which means mothers who have recently given birth, by training Community Health Workers (CHWs). CHWs are people who work in communities to help others with health-related support. The study aims to see if an online course, called the MOMS Postpartum course, can improve the skills and knowledge of CHWs to support these mothers, especially those at higher risk for problems.

Participants will be randomly divided into two groups: one group will take the MOMS Postpartum course, and the other will not. Both groups will take surveys before and after the study to measure any changes in their skills and knowledge. This study wants to find out if the course really helps CHWs become better at supporting postpartum mothers.

  • The study is online, so participants need Internet access.
  • Participants must be CHWs with at least six months of experience in the U.S.
  • There are no risks mentioned, and participation helps improve maternal care.
