This study is about a new treatment, called **4D-150**, for people with a type of eye disease called **Macular Neovascularization (MNV)**, which happens due to **Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD)**. MNV is when new, unwanted blood vessels grow under the retina, causing vision problems. This trial is **Phase 3**, meaning it's in the later stages of testing. People who participate will be randomly assigned to different groups, and neither the participants nor the researchers will know who is in which group, a method called **Double-Masked**.
To join, you must be 50 years or older and have active MNV in the study eye that hasn't been treated before. You shouldn't have other eye problems like retinal detachment or glaucoma needing lots of medication. Also, your blood pressure must be controlled, and you shouldn't have had major heart problems recently.
- The study checks if 4D-150 works as well as current treatments.
- Participants will have regular eye check-ups.
- There may be risks, like any medical trial, so discuss with your doctor first.
