This study looks at how safe and effective a new medicine called **RO7446603** is for people with **Diabetic Macular Edema (DME)**, which is an eye condition caused by diabetes that makes the retina swell. The study has two parts. The first part is done and checked if the medicine is safe when used alone or with other medicines like **Aflibercept** and **Faricimab**, which are also given by eye injections. The second part will mix RO7446603 with Faricimab in one injection to see how it works compared to just using Faricimab.
Eligibility: To join, you need to have diabetes and DME, but you cannot have certain other eye diseases or uncontrolled blood pressure. You also should not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
