Study Overview: This study is testing a new treatment called Aquablation Therapy for prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is when cells in the prostate gland grow uncontrollably. This study compares Aquablation Therapy to a common surgery called radical prostatectomy. Participants will be followed for up to 10 years to see how well the treatments work and if they are safe.
What to Know:
- Participation: Men aged 45 or older with certain types of prostate cancer can join. They must be candidates for surgery or have chosen it already.
- Visits & Duration: Participants will have follow-up visits over 10 years.
- Risks: Prior prostate treatments, certain medical conditions, or unwillingness to receive blood transfusions may exclude participation.
