Phase 1

The study aims to test a new medicine called TERN-701 for people with a type of blood cancer called chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). This study has two parts. In the first part, doctors will try different amounts of TERN-701 to find the best dose. In the second part, they will test the chosen doses to see how well they work and how safe they are. TERN-701 is taken every day, and the study is divided into 28-day periods called cycles. Participants will visit the research center several times during these cycles.

In total, about 100 people will join the study. Everyone will get the medicine, not a placebo (a fake pill). To join, you must be 18 or older, have a certain health status, and have this type of leukemia. You should not have had other cancer treatments close to starting this study.

  • The trial lasts several months, with regular research center visits.
  • All participants will receive the new treatment.
  • Participants must meet certain health requirements to join.
