This study is testing ways to help people with symptoms of autonomic dysfunction after a COVID-19 infection. Autonomic dysfunction affects how your body controls things like heart rate and blood pressure. Some people with these symptoms might have cardiovascular issues or a condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), which means their heart rate changes when they stand up. The study will look at different treatments, including both medicines and non-medicinal methods.
The study is open to people who are 18 years or older and have had suspected or confirmed COVID-19. Participants need to have symptoms that have lasted at least 12 weeks. They should not be pregnant, have a recent COVID-19 infection, or have certain heart or kidney problems.
- Study Length: Symptoms must persist for at least 12 weeks.
- Eligibility: Adults with previous COVID-19 and ongoing symptoms.
- Exclusions: Pregnancy, recent infection, severe heart/kidney issues.
People will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups to see what works best. This study aims to find treatments that improve life for people dealing with these symptoms.
