Phase N/A

This study tests a new treatment, *Neural Ice*, for knee pain from **osteoarthritis** (joint wear and tear) in adults aged 22-80. Participants will keep diaries and attend appointments over a 6-month period. **Chronic pain** means long-lasting pain, and Neural Ice is an injectable cold therapy aimed to help. To join, you must be 22-80 years old, have knee osteoarthritis with pain levels of 5 or more out of 10, and have tried other treatments like pain relievers or therapy without success. You cannot join if you have allergies to certain ingredients, specific cold-related conditions, or have had certain surgeries or infections near the knee. Also, if you are pregnant or have other major health issues, you might not qualify. The trial requires you to see only the study doctor for your knee pain and avoid other clinical studies or surgeries during the trial.

  • Study lasts 6 months with multiple visits and diaries to complete.
  • Participants must not join other studies or have surgery during the trial.
