Phase 1

This study is testing a new treatment called **PYX-106** for people whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The study aims to find the best dose of PYX-106 for treating these types of cancers, which are called **solid tumors**. Solid tumors are abnormal masses of tissue that can form in various parts of the body, like the lungs or breast. To be part of the study, participants must have tried standard treatments that didn't work and have certain types of cancer, like lung or breast cancer.

Doctors will need a small sample of the tumor to study it closely. This can be done through a procedure called a **biopsy**, which involves removing a small piece of the tumor. Participants must also have a life expectancy of more than 3 months and have a good physical condition, as measured by a test called **ECOG Performance Status**.

  • Study involves multiple visits for treatment and monitoring.
  • Participants must not have other serious health issues.
  • No compensation mentioned for participation.
