Study Purpose: This study collects information about using the HistoSonics Edison System to treat liver tumors. The treatment method, histotripsy, uses sound waves to break apart tumors. This is an observational study, meaning it watches and records how the treatment works without changing any other parts of the patient's medical care. Participants are followed for up to 5 years after the procedure to see how well it worked.

Eligibility: You can join if you're 22 or older, agree to follow the study steps, and your liver tumor can be treated with histotripsy. You can't join if you're pregnant, nursing, or in another similar study.

  • Length of Study: Participants are followed for up to 5 years.
  • Procedure: You will have imaging tests 36 hours after the treatment to check success.
  • Participation: You might be able to join smaller sub-studies for more specific research.

This study does not change your standard care and only collects information about how the treatment works.
