Study 111-903 is looking at how kids with Idiopathic Short Stature (ISS) grow. ISS means a child is much shorter than others their age and the reason for this is unknown. The study will gather information like height measurements to understand more about these children. Kids who want to join must be between 2 and 14 years old for girls, or 16 years old for boys. They need to be shorter than most kids their age, which is checked using a special chart from the CDC. Some kids might have had treatments like human Growth Hormone (hGH) before joining.
- Participants will need to visit the study site for growth measurements.
- The study is observational, meaning there are no new treatments given.
- Risks are minimal, mostly related to regular medical check-ups.
Children with diseases that cause short stature, or those already part of other research studies, might not be able to join. Kids must have a parent or guardian agree to participate by signing a consent form. If you have questions or want to join, talk to the study team.
