Phase 1

The study aims to see if a new medicine, called AB801, is safe for people with severe types of cancer, known as advanced malignancies. Cancer is a disease where cells in the body grow uncontrollably. This study will test AB801 alone and with other treatments to find a good dose for patients. People in the study may have cancer types such as lung, breast, or kidney cancer, which have not responded to regular treatments.

To join, participants should have at least one cancer spot that can be measured by doctors. They should not have received any vaccines, like flu shots, in the past 4 weeks. Also, they shouldn’t have certain health issues, like autoimmune diseases, which occur when the body's defense system attacks healthy cells by mistake.

  • Study involves testing different doses of AB801 to find the safest one.
  • Participants should not have other health problems that could make the study unsafe for them.
  • People involved should not have used specific medicines that affect the immune system recently.

Consider joining if your cancer hasn’t improved with standard treatments and you meet the study’s requirements. Always discuss with your doctor before participating.
