Phase N/A

This study tests a new way to treat small coronary vessels (tiny blood pathways in the heart) using a special balloon called **SELUTION SLR 014 PTCA DEB**. It compares this balloon with another treatment known as **DES** (Drug-Eluting Stent). The study includes up to 910 adults at 80 different places around the world. People with certain heart conditions, like chest pain or a type of heart attack, can join. The trial involves randomly choosing which treatment participants receive, and they will be followed for one year.

  • The study lasts for 12 months, with regular follow-ups.
  • Participants may receive compensation for their time.
  • There are specific health criteria to join, and some risks involved.

Before joining, participants will need to meet certain requirements like being able to take specific heart medications and not having severe heart issues recently. The trial aims to find out if the new balloon is safe and works well. If you meet the criteria and are interested, you can talk to your doctor about joining. Make sure you feel comfortable with the study rules and understand possible risks.
