Study Overview: This study looks at how special dietary supplement drinks (special drinks you can drink) affect sleep, stress, and mood. The study is randomized (participants are randomly assigned different drinks), double-blind (neither the participants nor the researchers know who gets which drink), and placebo-controlled (some people get a drink without the special ingredients).

Eligibility: Adults aged 18-55 with mild/moderate sleep and stress issues, but not serious conditions like insomnia. Participants must be generally healthy and willing to follow study rules, including limiting caffeine and alcohol. They must not use other new dietary supplements or certain medications during the study.

Exclusions: People with certain medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those using tobacco or certain drugs, or those already in similar studies cannot join. Participants must be US residents and available for the entire study period.
