This study looks at how the **Otago Exercise Program** affects people with mild to moderate dementia. Dementia is a condition that makes it hard to think and remember things. The study lasts for **6 months** and takes place in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. It aims to see if exercise can help with **executive function**, which is important for doing daily tasks. Executive function includes skills like making decisions and solving problems. The study will also look at other things like mood, sleep, and balance.
To join, you must be **55 years or older**, live in a nursing home, and have mild to moderate dementia. You need to be able to walk a short distance and understand instructions. You can't join if you have severe dementia, certain medical conditions, or are already in another study.
