Phase N/A

This study is about two types of surgeries to help people with ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE). UNE is a problem with the ulnar nerve at the elbow, which can cause pain or weakness in the arm and hand. The goal is to find out which surgery works better to reduce these symptoms. To join the study, you need to have a diagnosis of UNE confirmed by special tests called electrodiagnostic studies. You must be ready to follow all study rules and complete questionnaires in English. If you've had elbow surgery before or haven't tried other treatments like night splints, you can't join. The study is not for those with other nerve issues or serious health problems.

Key Points:

  • The study compares two surgeries to find out which is better for UNE.
  • You need a confirmed UNE diagnosis and must follow all study procedures.
  • You can't join if you've had certain surgeries or other nerve problems.
