Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a virus that can cause certain types of cancer, and people living with HIV (PLWH) have a higher risk of developing HPV-related cancers. This study aims to increase HPV vaccination among PLWH in rural Georgia using the CDC's 4 Pillars Transformation Program. This program provides training and resources to clinic staff to encourage vaccination. Participants in the study must be HIV positive, aged 18-45, speak English, and not have received the full HPV vaccine series before. They must not have allergies to ingredients in the vaccine or be pregnant.
Participants will learn about the study through their clinic and can decide to join. They will watch a short educational video about HPV and the vaccine. They will also be asked to follow a private Facebook page for more health information. Participants can change their mind and leave the study anytime.
