This study tests a new medicine called **AXS-07** for adults who have migraines, which are very bad headaches. These adults have tried other medicines called oral **CGRP inhibitors** but they didn't work well. CGRP inhibitors are a type of medicine that helps prevent or treat migraines by blocking a protein that causes these headaches. In this study, adults will take AXS-07 for up to 8 weeks at home to see if it helps with their migraines. Open-label means both the doctor and the patient know what medicine is being given.

  • **Study Duration:** Up to 8 weeks with at-home treatment.
  • **Eligibility:** Must have migraines and tried CGRP inhibitors without good results.
  • **Exclusions:** Cannot be pregnant or have tried other new treatments recently.
