Phase 3 Study of Plozasiran in Adults With Hypertriglyceridemia

This study is testing how safe and effective a new injection called plozasiran is for adults with hypertriglyceridemia (HTG). HTG means having high levels of fats called triglycerides in the blood. Participants will either get plozasiran or a placebo (a harmless shot that doesn't do anything) 4 times, once every 3 months. The study will check how well plozasiran works and its safety.

  • The study lasts about a year with visits every 3 months.
  • Participants must already have high triglyceride levels and be on a low-fat diet.
  • If you join, you cannot take certain other medicines for a year before starting the study.
