Phase 2/3

The purpose of this study is to help people with small to mid-sized abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) in their belly. An aneurysm is like a bulge in a blood vessel that can be dangerous if it gets too big. The study will test a new treatment given through a small tube inside the blood vessel, called endovascular treatment. This study will compare this treatment to the usual way doctors check on AAAs, which is called surveillance.

People joining will have check-up visits at 30 and 60 days, then at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months, with more visits each year for up to 5 years. Participants must be between 21 and 85 years old and agree to follow all the study's rules.

Key Points:
  • The study will last up to 5 years with several follow-up visits.
  • Participants must not have certain health problems like heart issues or infections.
  • Participants will compare a new treatment with the usual care.
