Many older Veterans with HIV face health challenges, even though HIV medicines help them live longer. This study aims to see if a special exercise program can help slow aging and keep Veterans strong. The exercise is called high-intensity training, which means doing quick bursts of hard exercise. Veterans will do these sessions through video calls, so they don't need special gym equipment. The study will last for 12 weeks and involve 80 Veterans. Researchers want to see if the exercise helps with fitness, muscle strength, and possibly slows aging signs in the body. DNA methylation is a process that affects aging and might be changed by exercise. Eligible participants are Veterans aged 50+ with stable HIV treatment.
