This study is testing a new medicine called BMF-219 for adults with certain types of cancer. These cancers include non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer (PDAC), and colorectal cancer (CRC). All these cancers have a change in a gene called KRAS. The study checks how safe the medicine is and how it behaves in the body. Participants will take the medicine by mouth either once or twice a day in 28-day cycles. The study aims to find the best dose to use. To join, you must have advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. You must also have tried other treatments first. You cannot join if you have certain health problems, other cancers in the past two years, or are pregnant. The study requires using birth control if you can have children.
- Participation involves taking medicine daily for 28-day cycles.
