A Study of ELI-002 7P in Subjects With KRAS/NRAS Mutated Solid Tumors

Evaluating ELI-002 7P for KRAS/NRAS mutated tumors.

Recruiting
18 years and older
All
Phase 1/2

This study is looking at a new treatment called **ELI-002 7P** for people with solid tumors that have changes in genes called **KRAS** or **NRAS**. These genes can sometimes help tumors grow. The study aims to see if ELI-002 7P is safe and works well. ELI-002 7P is a type of immunotherapy, which means it helps the body's immune system fight the cancer. It is given through a shot under the skin. The study has three phases (1A, 1B, and 2), and each phase looks at different things like dosing and effectiveness. In Phase 1A, up to 18 people will join to find the right dose. Phase 1B will test it on people with colorectal cancer to see if it helps lower cancer markers. Phase 2 will include more people to further check how well the treatment works. People can participate if they have specific changes in their cancer genes and have tried other treatments without success. However, they cannot join if they have brain tumors or use certain medications.

  • Study lasts through three phases with different goals in each.
  • You may receive shots as a treatment or just be observed.
  • Prior treatments must have been tried and not worked.
