All
Phase 3

This study is researching if a new medicine, called BHV-3000, can safely and effectively treat strong migraine headaches in kids and teens. A placebo, which looks like the medicine but doesn't have any active ingredients, will also be used to compare results.

**Who Can Join?** Kids and teens aged 6 to 17, who have had migraines for over 6 months, might be able to join. They should have 1-8 strong headache attacks each month, lasting more than 3 hours each time. They need to weigh more than 40 kg (about 88 pounds) and be able to tell the difference between migraines and other headaches. They should not have other health issues like certain types of headaches, uncontrolled mental health conditions, or a history of substance abuse.

Key Points:

  • The study involves multiple visits and requires blood samples.
  • Participants cannot have certain conditions or take specific medications.
  • No compensation is mentioned for participating in the study.
