This study looks at how people with **diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)** walk differently. DPN is a common problem for people with **Diabetes Mellitus (DM)**, where they may feel less in their feet and legs. This can cause foot problems and make walking harder. The study will see if giving feedback on walking can help improve how people with DPN walk. It will also check if it's safe and useful to train people with DPN to walk better using real-time feedback.
People with DPN will attend **seven sessions**, and healthy people will join **three sessions**. Each session lasts about **2-3 hours**. To be part of this study, participants need to be **45 years or older**, able to walk 10 meters without help, and healthy enough to walk on a treadmill for a minute. People with DPN must have been diagnosed and received a foot exam in the last six months. Some people, like those with certain medical conditions or recent injuries, cannot join.
- **Duration:** 2-3 hours per session
- **Sessions:** 3 for healthy, 7 for DPN participants
- **Requirements:** 45+ years, able to walk independently
