Participants will get batoclimab through an injection under the skin once a week for 24 weeks. Eligibility: You can join if you're 18 or older, have active and moderate to severe TED, and your condition started within the last year. You shouldn't need immediate eye surgery or therapy for TED during the study. Key Points:

  • Visits: Regular check-ups are needed to evaluate your condition.
  • Risks: Prior use of certain steroids or having other autoimmune diseases may disqualify you.
Participants must not have had previous eye surgery for TED or used certain steroids recently.
